“I made a mistake when ordering realised when l recd order confirmation l immediately replied explaing the mistake and asked them to use original order of 1 months supply and credit my account with the difference as of yet l have not had a reply not a good start.

“I'm really not impressed at all with this online shopping as I can't find out where my $309 order is if it's been posted or anything like that I've just know that the money has come out of my account and I have no product in my hands and I have no idea when the product will be arriving it's made me second guess my thoughts of this product on whether or not I will order it again.”

“I've just ordered my second lot of a 4 month supply, after originally ordering the variety packs. The second 2 month order I went for the brownies. Having received them, I'd have to say that they so far, have been very disappointing. There seems to have been a huge amount of shrinkage in the appearance of them, that is reflected with my hunger after consuming them. I won't be ordering these again, if I order at all. These cookies are costly, and I feel like I'm paying more, for less product. I really feel duped.”

The shipment resent to Hongkong was totally wet.
Luckily Cookies are individually packed. Yet a plastic protection to the expensive cookie boxes should not be that expensive.”
