And witnessed the most polite women I’ve ever encountered get met with one of your workers, shut down her polite antics with her snarky unprofessional tone, her rudeness and un —pleasantness. I witnessed a women whom just wanted her bacon to be crispy before she took on the challenge that is day to day life as a polite women. ( as she is. Was) but this now empty shell of a women left with nothing but a sausage sandwich, which was served with nothing but bread butter, and the soul of this women. And sausage of course,”

“Friday 24 bought bag white and brown bread cakes.willerby Rd. Today 26th made my toast and had green mold gone off already surely must last longer?? And few weeks ago bought ham sandwich in pre pack was degusting ham was fatty and white colour salad wet..Bread should have dates on so we know there fresh.. What a disappointment if I was doing a buffet.. found date was 25th I bought on 24th.. what's happened to cheese curd cake Looked really well done burnt...not happy won't be buying anything else..”

Why are the staff at this branch so horrible they snap at the customers unhelpful always getting orders wrong because they don't listen.
When you tell them they ever refused to listen or whant give a refund.

It was about 90% pastry and inedible.
Also, a cheese salad baguette, which was hard and dry with little filling.”

“Ordered Pork pie and other items for pickup at the North point centre in Hull. My wife was asked for the order number she checked the Email and there is no order number on it. Another member of staff who seemed to know what she was going asked us our names and then went into the back and passed our order.
We went home and checked the order it was complete.
As we had ordered the large oblong Pork pie we shared it with my wife's sister. Cutting into the Pork pie I was very disappointed to find the pastry was sloppy and had no crunch, the meat was covered by a thick lure of hard jelly, The meat was some kind of pink sloppy poor quality SPAM with so much salt in it it she was no able to eat it.
The mince pie and other pastry's were very good.
The staff seemed to be ok at leased the one's that knew what they where doing.
I will mot be buying Pork Pies from the company again.”
“Visited Beverley branch today 27th July bought a salad sandwich and asked if they would cut into 4 a large Yorkshire curd. I'm still aghast at my reply.

“Bought Chicken sandwich 5 small pieces of chicken 2 slices tomatoe and 1/2 slices of cucumber and lettuce and the tomatoes were end's which you never put in a sandwich when someone is paying for it”
“Went into Cooplands on Willerby Road on my lunch asked if the meal deal sandwiches were already made up? Assistants reply was "NO" we make them up to order. There was a choice of four fillings one of them been Ham and Cheese. I explained I didnt like cheese and asked if I could just have the ham in the sandwich ( willing to pay the full price of the deal). I was told that they are not allowed to do this!!!! Assistant also asked the other two assistants in there who were making sandwiches they looked at me then both put their heads down without saying a word! I found that to be extremely rude. The other shoppers in the queue looked as shocked as I did!! Needless to say I will never revisit Cooplands and shall be informing all my co- workers who do use this branch for their lunch!!”
