“You sent another product which was the very same as the one I wrote to you. I'm done with you now. The tubs will go in the trash. Did you think I wouldn't be able to notice the quality with you sending the very same item and the hulls in it as the first tubs I bought.”

“Very disappointed in the customer service. I place an order on Saturday 03/11 and have yet to get any answer on the order. I’ve sent messages through their live chat 03/15 (no response). I called today (03/16) with no answer so I left a message. Their website says product will ship within 48 hours, it’s still waiting to get fulfilled. If they are short staffed or having issues getting product in to make it, then please let your customers know.”

“The plastic canister of pecan cashew caramel corn opened while in transit from the store/factory to my home. It was a sticky mess, with popcorn all over the inside of the box. I contacted customer service, and the representative stated that he would replace the popcorn, and said that a shipping label would be in the box to return the damaged/opened item. Did I get a used item in the first place?! Is that why it busted open in transit?! I sent the opened one back, without the popcorn that was strewn all over the box. I did not try it, so I can’t tell you if it was fresh or stale. I also bought the cheese popcorn, and it was so salty, that it was inedible; thus, I had to throw that one out. Based on their customer service, how my transaction was handled, and how the cheddar popcorn tasted, I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.”

“This is the Best Carmel Corn you'll ever have!! Patti has all kinds of flavors. When I buy it I have to get several bags because I have my favorites!! Sea Salt Carmel, Cashew Pecan and Habanero cheese these are a few that are wonderful!!”
