“Hi everyone.
I ordered my costume on September 18th. I was told 7-12 business days was the delivery time. I followed up on September 29th with them as I had not heard any updates, knowing it may have needed a couple more days. The order said it was "on the way" on October 9th. I was nervous about the delays because this was for Halloween. On October 21st, I checked in and got a response October 23rd saying it is in transit and not to worry. Then the next update I got was October 25th, saying nothing new and that I can check the status days later, not right then.
I checked in the next day as they had not given me new information, only to get a response on the 27th saying that it was the logistics company not updating the information and it will arrive soon. On the 28th, I had received notice that the costume will arrive by 11/1 at 9pm. This is frustrating because the website said orders made before October 4th will arrive in time for halloween. Neither our wanda costume or vision costume showed up on time, and now we have costumes with no use. They offered a 15% refund and have not communicated with me since I asked for more than that!
I would recommend never buying from Cossky as they will simply push blame, ignore your requests, and take your money while lying about the delivery times. Thanks for reading!”
“I’ve gotten a few different cosplays from this company and I am impressed with the quality. The only issue I have had is with sizing. It seems to be all over the place for each item so be sure to check the size chart. However the one time I have had an issue with sizing the company was able to fix it at no cost to me so that’s a big plus!!”

“Customer service is almost non existent it seems. I emailed them about canceling an order because they don't give you that option up front, and they will not get back with me over a 24 hour period, which is when the full refund would be available. Very unhappy”

“The material was all very good quality and I’m in love with it! The outfit isn’t the exact design of the character though and the clip on the collar of the shirt it’s the very sturdy. other than that, I love it!”
