“Ordered the Barbara Maitland set, was suppose to get the mask+costume+wig, it did arrive before Halloween,(exact time frame they said it would) thankfully except they didn't send the mask. And even when I emailed them copies of the order and a pictures of what was sent. Never heard back, except for them saying what I needed to put in the email...did all that...no email back and never got refunded for the missing item.
I had to go out and find and buy the mask again bc there customer support was non-existent.
The shipping bag wasn't even big enough to hold the mask. So whomever sends out the items needs to double check themselves better.
If someone had responded back and sent the mask. I would have given a better review.
The confidence kinda goes out the window when you can't get ahold of someone in your company.”
“1.First complaint is of delivery: Instead of "up to 15 business days for delivery", the costume took 7 weeks and 5 days to arrive. The tracking number never worked for me.
2. I can't try on the costume, which looks nice by the way, because the zipper is completely stuck!!! It won't go down. I'd have to take it to a seamtress, if I wanted to wear it, as I don't sew.
3. the headpiece! How can you mess up a headpiece you ask? The headpiece has a fixed upper support which means you can't open the headpiece are than 4.5". It feels like your head is in a vice. On top of that the headpiece is trimmed in gold and the dress glitter is in silver.”
