“Old post but I'm going to share my recent experience with Cossky here for others to make their own informed judgement. I ordered a pair of boots a few months ago for an event, they had the only style and color I specifically needed. I emailed them an inquiry asking some questions before purchasing to get some information, mainly about the details of the boots and when they think it would arrive. They assured me that quality is "made to order" and it matches up to what I was looking for, they also said they would try to have my order out in time. Since I really wanted these for an event I went ahead and ordered, I paid $75 for these boots. Well against their word it took about two weeks to fulfill the order before shipping, I emailed them again having seen no word about the status of my boots. They told me the order should be finishing up and will be shipped out within the next few days. With this delay, once they actually were shipped, the boots did not infact arrive in time for my event, so I had to improvise. Once they did finally come after I opened them I was severely disappointed, they looked nothing like the picture. My boots were missing a key detail they showed in the listing, and the color was a different variation from what I was hoping for. After delivery of my order I received a follow up email asking for me to rate my item, so I gave them 2 stars. That was about a month ago now and with the review I wrote stating the problem they either deleted it or it was never posted to begin with. In my opinion they only want to make sales, I bought from them because I know their name has been around for a while so I thought it would be reputable. If you can avoid ordering from them, I would do so at the expense of saving your wallet and yourself from heartache. I have no idea what to do with these boots now so they are just still sitting in the packaging in my closet”
“Returned a costume in Sept of 2024 today is Jan 16 of 2025. The tracking says it's still shipping out to China. Ive never shipped this far so idk how long is to be expected.
I have a feeling it's just a big scam. And that when they do recieve my return that I won't hear back from them. Live and learn.”
“If I could give this company zero stars I would! Six weeks later and post Halloween, I never got my costume free party and I cannot reach anyone because there is no phone number only an email. No response from email as well and now they have my money. Do not order from this company!”
“Let the buyer beware! They are in china and return policy is terrible! The costume was too small and they don’t provide shipping you have to pay to ship back which is more than the cost of the costume. I paid 80.00 and received a 20 credit! Total scam!”
“I bought a costume from them. The costume itself was of normal costume quality. However it didn’t fit me personally and in order for me to get a refund I would need to ship back to China! Which will cost me at least half of what I paid for! Or the company only offered a 15%refund if I wanted to keep it. Do not buy from them.”

“The costume didn't look like the pictures. The quality was much worse, looked like a dollar tree costume. I tried to contact them to return it but instead they offered a 10% refund and told me to sell it on my own. When I refused, they told me to send it back and claim the value at under $50 so they wouldn't have to pay as much to receive it, although I paid $40 for shipping to get it here. I refused to lie about the value because I paid $139 before shipping. I asked them for a 50% refund but they refused this as well. Don't buy from them. It's the same quality as aliexpress for 3x the price, and they won't give you your money back even though they have satisfaction guaranteed all over their website.”

“Do not buy from this company. Item arrived late after I had paid for expedited shipping and fell apart before I even got to wear it. They won't refund full amount - offered a ridiculous amount to compensate and told me to take it to a tailor to get it fixed. What they offered wouldn't even cover the expense of a tailor if it was able to be fixed, but the fabric is so frayed where it came apart at the seams that it would be impossible to repair.”

“I wish I would have read Cossky's negative reviews before I ordered. Their customer service is bad. They will not provide return instructions. The delivery time is more than double the time indicated on their website.
I didn't know when I ordered that this company, Cossky, simply drop-ships from China. I found the exact same costume on AliExpress for less.
Based on my experience, I can't recommend this company because they do not add any value or customer service for their additional markup.
My advise just look on AliExpress, if you find the same costume, it will be cheaper and delivered faster, probably from the exact same supplier Cossky is using to drop-ship from.”
“It's been over a month and I haven't recieved my order nor any info about it being shipped. It shouldn't take this long. There is no contact number just email and nobody gets back with you. Probably a fraudulent company. Be aware!”
“Ordered a costume exactly a month ago and it still hasn’t shipped. I’ve been emailing them and first I was told it would ship by the end of last month then I was told June 11th. Well it’s June 12th and nothing. I’m calling my bank for a refund they’ll just keep giving you a bs date”

“CANNOT GET MY REFUND FOR A RETURNED COSTUME!!!! I ordered a costume that did not fit well so I emailed them and they gave me return instructions which I followed to a tee. I have the tracking info and spent $96 returning the costume to China. At my own expense....to get my refund of $180. It's been 3 months and the package shows to be "STUCK IN CUSTOMS".....I need my $$ back. Not worth buying from this company in China if you can't return product that is damaged or doesn't fit. I just messaged them again....let's see if they respond. I doubt it. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Not worth it!!!”
