“Cossky states they offer fair refunds for their curstomers, but this is not true. I ordered a costume and the zipper was defective and wouldn't unzip enough to get the costume on. They offered me $8 to repair, but the actual cost to repair the zipper ranged between $35-$40. I asked to return, but they requested I pay the shipping back to China. The shipping cost exceed the item value. Buyer beware. There is no refund! If your item is defective, you are stuck with it.”
“Ordered an Omni-Man costume on August 31st and paid for fast shipping ($20) for the costume to be here on time for a convention. The costume never arrived on time so I will now be missing the convention and the excuse behind why it wasn’t shipped on time was horrible. “Sorry the order is still processing now. And need some time.” Said customer service. Will never buy from this website ever again and the only reason I did was because another cosplayer said this website was amazing. they did not specify that sizes are from another country and gave attitude when i was asking about my costume , because they said they had to custom make it. they then body shamed by saying that my costume had to be home made and more fabric found. the shirt barely fit my arms and i couldnt even move , the pants fit but the zipper busted off before i could even try it . the quality of fabric gave me some kind of rash (maybe cheap) then when i wanted a refund they only offered a new shirt but i had to pay 20 dollars. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU WANT XL ANYTHING.”

“I ordered a $140 XL Geralt armor from the Witcher series which was disproportionately sized. The pants, shirt, and gloves were super small while the chest armor was oversized and cardboard-y. The inclusive Witcher wolf-medallion was nothing like what was advertised and didn't have a wolf! Very poor sizing and quality. Good luck getting ahold of customer service for this scam of a site.”
“The positive reviews for this site have GOT to be fake. Spent over $400 getting costumes for our trip to the Star Wars hotel and holy cow, are they bad. First things first, nothing is returnable. Period. So there's that. Second, there were so many items missing from my order. Third, what I DID get is laughably bad. For the Jyn Erso costume I got a huge waistcoat that would be perfect is I was cosplaying a frikkin hobbit from Lord of the Rings. Not the jacket vest pictured on the site. Every other piece of the costume is missing. The sizing is ridiculous on what we did receive and the boots (the pair we did receive) are CLEARLY for a child. Unreal. The quality of the costumes are also terrible, so we couldn't even try to hack/fix them if we tried. Total waste of money. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!”
“I got an email saying my cosplay outfit and boots were shipped together, upon emailing them and saying the boots were delivered they said the boots would be shipping out a week later.
Size chart isn’t dependable, I ordered an XL and it fit like a M despite what the tags said. I decided to do a refund and the cosplay ($91) and instead of refunding the full amount they said they can only refund me up $20.”
“I ordered 2 costumes OCT 11th with Expedited Shipping 4 - 8 Business Day Shipping. By October 18th my order still wasn’t sent and I emailed asking for a status update, with no reply. For 3 days following I emailed asking for them to Cancel the order since it wouldn’t arrived on time, again with No Reply.
Oct 22nd they reply back with “ Hi, You may wait for more 2 days. As long as it can be shipped by 24th Oct, it will arrive on time.” once again not adhering to my Cancel request and insisting that I receive the order. Oct 26th I receive a Shipping Notification that the order was sent, even after my numerous cancel requests. They sent the shipment knowing very well they’re return policy requires the customer to come out of pocket for shipping to China.
The next request Nov 8th, once I actually received the order, was insisting me once again to keep the costume. Today, Nov 10th, no refund, shipping label and the costume arrived 2 days ago.

“Hi everyone.
I ordered my costume on September 18th. I was told 7-12 business days was the delivery time. I followed up on September 29th with them as I had not heard any updates, knowing it may have needed a couple more days. The order said it was "on the way" on October 9th. I was nervous about the delays because this was for Halloween. On October 21st, I checked in and got a response October 23rd saying it is in transit and not to worry. Then the next update I got was October 25th, saying nothing new and that I can check the status days later, not right then.
I checked in the next day as they had not given me new information, only to get a response on the 27th saying that it was the logistics company not updating the information and it will arrive soon. On the 28th, I had received notice that the costume will arrive by 11/1 at 9pm. This is frustrating because the website said orders made before October 4th will arrive in time for halloween. Neither our wanda costume or vision costume showed up on time, and now we have costumes with no use. They offered a 15% refund and have not communicated with me since I asked for more than that!
I would recommend never buying from Cossky as they will simply push blame, ignore your requests, and take your money while lying about the delivery times. Thanks for reading!”
