“Very happy with these curtains. For the price, I expected them to be shear, but they ended up being the perfect thickness. They let some light through but not enough so that people can see into your place. They're beautiful at night or in the morning when there's light behind them because it illuminates the mountain gradient. They do feel like a cheaper material curtain but to me it's not a big deal because it looks nice. Overall very happy with this purchase, great price for what you get, and shipping was very fast.”

“Fraudulent company and goods are not what your purchasing online. No return policy. The return label on packaging was from Joe Doe, Joe Doe from Queens NY. Yet when you want to return they give you return address to China costing between $150-200 dollars with maybe a 15-30% refund. Another buyer beware when you punch in your credit information it switched to PayPal payment when I hit send without my approval. I found this company through Amazon and researching their curtain selection it took me to their personal website. Scam from China for sure. Fraudulent on multiple issues. The curtains are wrong size, wrong pattern, made of plastic polyester with plastic rungs. I order thermal insulated curtains and what I received was worse than a dollar store shower curtain! Pathetic!”
“DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I got the pic from another customer, but it looks just like what I received. This is the description of the curtains. Thermal Insulated Curtains, Kendra Roxana Distressed Timeless Blue Grey White Blackout Window Curtains 52'' X 84'' x2. The color is the blue and grey... but also pink/purple, brown. They are not blackout and are made very poorly. I wanted to return them and this is what I was asked to do. (after 4 emails back and fourth. I took the 30% only because When you read the email below, I am sure they would have said no refund due to no damage to the product.

“This company is a scam. They do not deserve one star, but it was the only way I could write a review. Do not order anything from them. You will not get what you see in the pictures. The pictures are deceiving. I ordered a comforter set for a twin bed for my granddaughter and it looks like a sheet and two pillow cases. It took us a month to receive it because it comes from overseas and has to clear customs before it enters into a long stretched out process to get to USPS for a label and delivery. This company is taking our money and laughing all the way to the bank.”

I ordered blackout curtains and received thin, cheap (plastic grommets) curtain of insufficient width. Huge mistake.
Based on my discussion with customer service this far, I have very low expectations for getting this resolved.”
