I ordered blackout curtains and received thin, cheap (plastic grommets) curtain of insufficient width. Huge mistake.

When I tried to send them back they said they had sent me what I ordered so they would just give me a 20% dis count. I would not hang these curtains in my garage much less in my bedroom. I ordered what was advertised as a "Bedding Set". When the item arrived several weeks later it was essentially two thin sheets of material sown together and not quilted at all like the picture leads it to be. From a distance it looks nice but when you feel the quality it ruins the entire item.
When I got online to see about returning it, the information stated "upon ordering you agreed that item cannot be returned unless there was an error made by the company or if item was damaged and customer was responsible for costs to return item".
I emailed customer service the proof of purchase required for a refund and immediately received an email back stating due to current events, staffing was short and someone would get back to me as soon as possible which is so convenient since the return policy also states you only have within a certain amount of days to return the item.
If the item would have at least had padding inside of it I wouldn't have been so disappointed.”
“Cosy Land is a scam imo. I ordered “blackout curtains” from them and what came in was a VERY cheap copy of what was portrayed in the picture. They are a thin piece of material, no blackout backing at all. The color was totally different than what was shown on their picture. The curtains even had hideous thick plastic grommets. Their 5 star reviews must be fake. I emailed them to ask for a refund because of miss representation (listing them as blackout curtains) and they said that nothing was wrong with them and refused to give me a refund. After fighting more and threatening to report them to PayPal they offered a full refund, but i had to pay for shipping. Shipping cost over $100 and the curtains were $130. They finally offered a 40% refund without sending them back. I accepted, because it was at lease something…
They never returned my emails after i accepted the refund. I contacted PayPal thinking i would get a full refund for misrepresentation. PayPal said that they have no control over the product the seller sends. They could only ask the seller for a refund. The seller again offered a 40% refund and PayPal put it back in my account. I buy through PayPal because i thought they had my back. PayPal does not have your back and they apparently let ANY seller use their services. This company and all like them should be shut down. A customer should receive the exact product show in picture. I posted the curtains in their picture and what i actually recieved.”
“Yup, I ordered $300 with of curtains that are total garbage and took a month to get to me! Ive been emailing with them (Sienna Punt) and said they aren’t damaged so I cant return them….not mentioning they stated they were blackout curtains which couldn't be farther from the truth. I just read that since I bought them via PayPal, I might be able to fight this. These are the worst curtains Ive ever seen! Do these look like blackout curtains to you?? Not to mention the god awful white stitching on these….so cheaply and badly made!

“I just received the tablecloth sent me advertised as a blanket. It is beautiful. That said, it wouldn't keep anyone warm in any capacity, nor is it a Queen size but rather a Full barely at that.
For $70 + shipping I expected at least one layer of backing between the fabric so as to qualify it as an actual blanket as well as fabric and stitching that lives up to the expectations of the quilt/blanket pictured.
This is highly disappointing to receive after waiting three+ weeks to get and now I'm going to have to go purchase an actual blanket to layer underneath my new tablecloth. Also, just based on an examination of the product I firmly believe that it could legitimately fall apart after even a delicate wash as stitching came loose just in the unpackaging...so it's essentially a wall hanging to vacuum on occasion.
Anyone seeking to purchase Cosyland products should know that this is a product that definitely doesn't live up to it's price point.
My daughter's bed is a full and the tablecloth fits within reason. My bed is a queen and it barely reaches the corners with zero overlap on the sides.
I'm really really really upset and feel like I've been scammed, what's even worse is I had plans to order additional blankets from Cosyland based on the beauty of the products and I'm really glad I didn't waste my money as instead of being merely disappointed and upset I would have been flat out livid if my blanket was not only two pieces of cheap cloth sewn together, but also didn't fit my bed! My roommate too was planning to order a king size for her king bed but that one may have barely fit my queen had she ordered it....
This is unethical, unacceptable and a poor experience overall. Don't purchase any products from this company.”
