“I purchased the safari quilt. It came with a large, permanent crease down the middle. They say it happened in packaging. I’ve eased several times and steamed to no avail. They won’t replace. They say it will come out with use!!!!!!”

“Absolute scam the shoes are cheaply made can see the glue on the seams around of the shoes. The shoes are nothing like they are in the pictures. The email used to make a complaints gets returned and no address is registered. You can't leave coments on there page. This company needs to be stopped they are absolutely ripping people off. “This is the WORST place to order merchandise. It takes so long for the product to arrive and then the quality of the item is terrible. I ordered a rug and it feels like a beach towel. It is made of microfiber. They will not return your money and they want you to send pictures of the defects. You cannot return, simply because you are dissatisfied. It is a huge SCAM!!! “Total scam! Items are cheap hardly even looking like the photos. I had a really hard time getting a refund as they send me an incorrect size and refused refund even though I offered to send back the incorrect size. Never offered me a return address just claiming it was going to EXPENSIVE. They were saying they cannot take the loss for their company which is ridiculous as sending me an incorrect size is their mistake not mine.
They were only offering me to buy the item again for 15% less which is basically giving them my money again.
I disputed with PayPal luckily but I hope this company gets banned from PayPal to avoid anyone else getting scammed by them.”

“I ordered a pair of shoes on 4/26/22, and it took 5 weeks for them to arrive, packaged in a white, plastic envelope, not a shoebox.
The shoes fit, but the straps behind my heels were cutting into me so deeply that I could barely wear the shoes at all.
I emailed the company and was offered a “big” coupon which amounted to 20% off another purchase. This is the same 20% that they offer at any given time, so I asked for a refund instead, and was offered 30% and told to “gift” the shoes to someone.
The shoes cannot be worn comfortably by ANYONE, and a 30% refund only amounts to $11.90, which I doubt they’ll give me in full.
Do NOT patronize Cosylands as they are scamming the general public.”
“I ordered 3 pair of shoes. 2 arrived just fine but the 3rd never did show up. They were very prompt about replying to my email and refunded quickly but here's the catch. I tried on one pair that I received, I ordered 7.5 and they sent me a 40 which is a 9.5 US size!!! Are you kidding me?! They had the nerve to tell me that I could keep the shoes and give them to a friend and they would give me 15% off another pair! After a week of arguing thru email they will only give 30% of my purchase back for THEIR mistake. Reporting to Better Business Burea next. Never again Cosyland!!”
“Cosylands is a huge scam. I ordered shoes months ago. They finally arrived two weeks ago and came stuffed in a white mailing envelope. They weren't wrapped or in a shoe box. Just stuffed in the envelope. The heel was broken, most likely due to the poor shipping. I've been going back and forth with customer service for a week now and they refuse to fully refund me. The max they have offered is a 15% refund and told me I could keep the merchandise. Merchandise that is broken. This is a huge scam and I have reported them to the appropriate bureaus. DO NOT ORDER from them.”

“This company claims that thy offer refunds and to contact their customer service. I have done that, and they do not want to issue me refund. They will not even email me the return label. I have the email correspondence where they are trying to convince me to keep the shoes. I do not want the shoes. They are insisting that the return will be too expensive. They first asked me to give them to someone as a gift. When I refused, they offered me a coupon. When I refused the coupon, they affected me 15% back. I declined that. I have never experienced business practices like this company is doing.”

I’ll take this up with credit card company. Lesson learned - I’ll google any company I order from BEFORE placing an online order from now on.”
