Atrocious customer service. Lack of empathy, toxic work culture. They’ve clearly become very arrogant with an attitude of “my way or the highway” and have lost sight that without a customer, there would be no company. They directly discriminate against protected characteristics under the equality act. I would rather sleep rough than ever book again with cottages.com
