“Le service livraison de Cottona est très bien. Je trouve que la sélection des couleurs de tissu pourrait s’améliorer, être plus raffinée. Le service broderie serait formidable sur tous les tissus. Les couleurs des tissus sont difficilement identifiables sur le site. Par ailleurs, étant une bonne cliente, je suis étonnée qu’on ne me propose pas un remboursement à l’occasion d’un retour d’articles. J’ai eu droit à un avoir et le retour doit se faire à mes frais. Ce n’est pas très commercial.”

“Bonne qualité des serviettes achetées. Mais livraison très tardive, en outre le livreur a besoin d’un code pour nous apporter le colis attendu. Mais je reçois le code après l’appel du livreur. Bien compliqué. C’est la première fois que je suis confronté à ce type de problème. Sur AMAZONE, le produit acheté arrive tout simplement à l’adresse du client. Je passerai bien une nouvelle commande, mais je suis arrêté par cette complication. Conclusion : facilité l’achat en tous points pour le client. C’est une des raisons du grand succès du géant AMAZONE.”

“Bestellung und Lieferung waren einwandfrei. Wir können zur Qualität allerdings noch nicht viel sagen, weil wir die Tischdecke noch nicht gewaschen und wieder verwendet haben…Die Umfrage kommt ein bisschen sehr früh. Deswegen fehlt auch der 5. Stern”
