“La tovaglia presenta un difetto sulla trama. A tratti un filo non è omogeneo sul disegno ma risulta staccato , come se fosse un corpo esterno alla tovaglia. In tre punti evidenti Guardare foto e video Grazie”

“Cela fait maintenant 20 jours que j'ai passé ma commande. La livraison était prévue le 6 décembre. J'ai suivi mon colis et vu que depuis le 13 décembre elle est retardée et depuis je n'ai plus de nouvelles sur le site de suivi de colis. J'ai contacté Cottona qui m'a très gentiment répondu que je dois attendre car mon colis est retardé. Bref, je n'en sais pas plus et Noël approche. Je suis très mal car cette commande est un cadeau de Noël ... Pas pro du tout.”

“La commande du 05/12 n’a toujours pas été livrée alors qu’elle est annoncée en route depuis le 09/12. Il m’est aujourd’hui impossible de vérifier le statut de livraison. C’est une situation très désagréable pour ne pas dire plus. Cordialement”

“Ruecksendelabel war nicht in der Verpackung. Farbe und Stoffqualität der Tischdecke haben nicht meinen Vorstellungen entsprochen. Ein Umtausch wurde verweigert!!!”

“Auswahl und Bestellprozess, easy, aber Preis für diese Qualität ist schlecht. 147 Euro für eine graue runde Tischdecke, deren Saum nur einfach genäht ist und der beim Bügeln zerknautscht und das Bügeln an sich ist eine absolute Katastrophe. Nach 2 mal Feinwäsche ist die Farbe nur noch traurig. Ich wollte die Tischdecke heute aufdecken und habe sie nach ewigem Bügelkampf, den man nicht gewinnen kann, in die Ecke geworfen. Echt schade für so viel Geld! Foto 1 nach circa 30 Minuten bügeln.”

“Apprezzo che Voi vogliate distinguervi dalla produzione di tovaglie dozzinali plastificate ma il presupposto è che il prodotto funzioni, invece la Vostra tovaglia per esterno si macchia appena vi cade qualcosa sopra e non c’è verso di lavarla con la spugna, si deve solo mettere in lavatrice. Inoltre poiché sono in tinta unita, la macchia risalta mentre se ci fossero dei disegni e delle variazioni di colori, sarebbe più facile il camuffamento. Per una tovaglia del vostro costo, sarebbero opportuni dei disegni come da foto che allego.”
