“Die Stoffqualität der Tischdecke war sehr gut - ABER: die Farbe entsprach selbst bei viel Phantasie nicht annähernd der abgebildeten und angepriesenen Farbe! Umtausch/Rückgabe sind natürlich ausgeschlossen. Noch dazu ein arroganter Kundenservice, sodass man schließlich selbst schuld sei, wenn die Farbe auf dem Handy/PC anders dargestellt wird. Man hätte ja ein Stoffmuster bestellen können, war die Antwort. Ich werde definitiv hier nicht mehr bestellen.”

“Purtroppo non intendendomi di sartoria, ho semplicemente indicato il diametro del tavolo e non essendoci un campo note ho inserito le mie esigenze in una mail che però non è stata considerata.Risultato: tovaglia corta e dopo che hanno inviato la spedizione hanno inviato una mail dove indicavano quali misure sarebbero state più opportune. Insomma il tempismo è sicuramente migliorabile.”

“Ho acquistato una tovaglia su misura anche ad un prezzo decisamente alto e dopo averla lavata due macchie di vino non sono andate via. Tessuto pessimo. Pessima riuscita.”

“Mehr erwartet, als erhalten. Die erhaltenen Servietten haben von der Qualität wenig mit den Produktbildern gemein. Die Verarbeitung kann ich nur als unsauber beschreiben, teilweise sehr schlecht verarbeitete Nähte, lose Fäden (die kann man zumindest selbst abschneiden) und bei einer bestellten Größe von 45x45cm war von 12 Stück nicht eine einzige korrekt. Die Größe variiert von 45 bis 47cm, und nicht beide Seiten gleich, was zum Falten wirklich ärgerlich ist.”

“Compré unas servilletas y en la web aseguraban la entrega en 1-2 días. Llamé a la semana porque seguía sin recibirlas y las quería para Navidad. No me contestaron hasta 4 días después. Afortunadamente, la entrega sí la hicieron al día siguiente. Llegaron por los pelos porque al día siguiente nos íbamos de viaje. Me desilusionó la lentitud de su respuesta y que no cumplieron la fecha de entrega”

“The follow up of my reaction as to the whte serviettes not corresponding in colour with the table sets wasnot satisfactory. Further I could not reply, so I snet my complaint by postalmail to a French address which appeared.”
