“Im Vergleich mit den hochpreisigen Tischdecken, die ich bereits besitze, hatte ich mir die Stoffqualität etwas besser vorgestellt. Ich bin gespannt, ob ich die Falten der Decke glatt bügeln kann.”

“Leider war das Beispiel im Bild anders als die gelieferte Servuette. Der Konttast zwischen Garn und Serviettenfarbe war sehr gering. Aber mit gefallen die Produkte, daher würde ich beim nächsten Mal andere Kombinationen wählen.”

“Bonne qualité des serviettes achetées. Mais livraison très tardive, en outre le livreur a besoin d’un code pour nous apporter le colis attendu. Mais je reçois le code après l’appel du livreur. Bien compliqué. C’est la première fois que je suis confronté à ce type de problème. Sur AMAZONE, le produit acheté arrive tout simplement à l’adresse du client. Je passerai bien une nouvelle commande, mais je suis arrêté par cette complication. Conclusion : facilité l’achat en tous points pour le client. C’est une des raisons du grand succès du géant AMAZONE.”

“Die Zahlung mit VISA wurde (habe umgehend mit PayPal bezahlt) bei der Brstellung abgelehnt, meine Bank sagte mir, das liegt an ihnen und ich soll mich an sie, Cottona wenden. Ich bitte um entsprechende Rückmeldung. Eine weitere Bestellung am heutigen Tagbei ihnen, scheiterte ermeut.”

“Je suis déçue qu'il n'y ai aucun accompagnement à la nappe que je viens de recevoir, pas de notice d'entretien, de lavage, de rappel de la taille... Sinon, et c'est le principal, la couleur et la texture de la nappe sont très bien.”

“La qualité de la nappe est toujours parfaite, mais je regrette que les couleurs que l'on voit lors de la commande ne correspondent pas tout à fait. Pour la couleur sable, je l'espérais beaucoup plus claire.”
