“Jonny Upton was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He was always available to take my call demonstrating excellent customer service and was able to meet my demands when negotiating a price that was within our strict budget. Cowell Norford and Jonny Upton indeed made what is normally a frustrating and arduous process into a quick, transparent and exciting procedure for me and my wife and therefore I would highly recommend this member of staff and company when looking to sell or buy property.”

“Our property sold within 7 days after marketing it with Hayley & Jonny at the Milnrow office of Cowell & Norford. From the first contact with Hayley when she came to value the house, until us accepting an offer, Hayley & Jonny have kept us up to date with all the progress, viewings and queries about the house. We have accepted a realistic offer of what we thought the house was worth, another local agent also valued it and gave a lower valuation, trusting Hayleys judgement we have obtained a decent price. We are more than happy with the service we've received from "Team Milnrow" and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in the local area.”
