“Fast and accurate replies from Chris, Nathalie and Rikky. Disappointed with payments from new tenant, recently he underpaid and had to be chased, and last month he paid with a couple of days delay.”

“We have recently engaged Cowell and Norford to manage our rental properties after previously using another agent. Their local knowledge is second to none and they are great to deal with. In particular Deb who looks after the maintenance service. She manages to ensure both tenant and landlord are satisfied in what can be difficult situations.”
