“Excellent service: I found the staff to be easy to deal with and yet professional and proactive. This is essential within the property market as it gives the client confidence that the transaction will go smoothly. The staff are not your typical estate agent (yes sir no sir grovel grovel), they'll be totally honest with you & not just tell you what you want to hear (as other do). Thanks Jonny, Hayley. James & all at Cowell & Norford.”

“Cowell and Norford took over the management of my property mid-way through a letting period due to the closure of my previous agent. Since their management I have been very happy with their efficiency and timely actions taken at my request, especially Debbie Barnes who has overseen all the maintenance of the property. Initially I was very confused by which member of the team I should deal with depending on what request. So the only criticism I would have, if I had to have one, would be to have one point of contact for all actions / negotiations with tenants. Otherwise I think they provide an excellent service and I would be happy to recommend them. Thank you.”

“Chris from Cowel and Norford did a fantastic job of getting us through the application and moved us in as early as he possibly Could. Once our application was accepted he did his best to get everything sorted. As soon as the application was finalised we were handed the keys to the property. Any issues, they have sorted on the same day or the next day, which is fantastic! Very friendly people at Cowel and Norford - who not only consider your application but also how you are as a person and they will listen to anything you have to say. Over all, I'm 100% happy from first finding the property and to being moved in a couple of weeks. Excellent 10/10”
