“Other agents saw our house as difficult - C&N saw only positives - they supported , encouraged and promoted our house - proactively getting viewers , wonderful photos , great brochure as well as using any and every technique to match our house to the right buyer And they did this swiftly and effectively The great viewer accompanist was just the icing on the cake - the best move we ever made to enable us to obtain the move we wanted”

“As an experienced landlord in other towns, this has been my first interaction with Cowell Norford and they have handled our business professionally, efficiently and politely. Calls were answered promptly, appointments made and kept to punctually, and they have kept me in the picture with regard to our dealings. I have no criticism of them whatsoever.”

“We have been more than happy with Cowell and norford our property was up with another estate agent for 3 months prior to Cowell taking over and within 2 days of it going on the market we had a viewing and it sold on that 1st viewing just wish we had gone with them in the first place. The team have been brilliant from start to finish especially Danielle who has been dealing with us direct she has been excellent always keeping us informed of the progress throughout and there as our point of contact when we have any queries she is always willing to help and provide the advise required and always goes the extra mile. We really cannot say enough on how brilliant they have been they have made this journey as stress free as it possibly can be. Danielle is a credit to your team. Thanks so much x”
