“The current staff are friendly and helpful. Dominic, John Lally and Francesca are good and always ring back and respond to my queries. My only unfortunate experience with Cowell and Norford is that I've been gazupted in the past. I am very please with Dominic and that is why I contact her with any queries. Few years ago some previous staff refused to speak to me because I did not use Cowell and Norfords financial advisor and did not up my offer on a property. Dominic is professional and I'm happy with the current service received.”

“After a rocky start to selling my property with a team member leaving the company, Danielle has turned things around and re-gained my trust in Cowell & Norford and has now gained over 20 viewings and 4 offers, hopefully we will get the right offer soon and complete! “Our agent Jonny was polite, courteous and empathetic. He was quick to offer advice without being pushy and he ensured that everything went smoothly for us in the purchase of our new home. “Nothing is ever too much for Deb. She demonstrates great patience with me. s the landlord of a number of properties I can be difficult to get hold of, and I believe she knows me well enough to make sound judgment calls on my behalf.”
