“John has been amazing all the way through. any problems that arisen were dealth with quickly and professionally. he kept his sense of humour all the way through which made the whole process a little more enjoyable and kept me more relaxed. “I had a compliant regarding a new tenant who had moved in. I approached Natalie Borg, she took the compliant seriously and dealt with it immediately. The issue was resolved and the neighbours apologised. Very happy it was dealt with seriously and quickly. Goes towards restoring my faith in estate agents. Thank you”

“Danielle has gone above and beyond her job role to help me and my partner move into our new home before Christmas, she has given me daily updates and chased every person possible to try and get us moved in before the new year! Danielle has even arranged with the seller to have our new furniture delivered to his house as we had nowhere to put it. The whole purchase has been stress free, quick and easy as we haven't had to chase for one single thing! I would highly recommend Cowell Norford and Danielle to anyone looking to buy or sell a house as the service we have received has been exceptional. I have received phone calls on more than one occasion after 7pm at night, just to update us on how everything is going and I couldn't thank her enough.”

“Jonny Upton was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He was always available to take my call demonstrating excellent customer service and was able to meet my demands when negotiating a price that was within our strict budget. Cowell Norford and Jonny Upton indeed made what is normally a frustrating and arduous process into a quick, transparent and exciting procedure for me and my wife and therefore I would highly recommend this member of staff and company when looking to sell or buy property.”
