“I have used crampfix for footy this year and i have found it has helped to delay or decrease the intensity of my cramps that i usually get.”

“Great to deal with. I suffer from really bad cramping and nothing I’ve done has helped. Had both quads cramp on a recent 130km bike ride - took one shot and a minute later was back on the bike and finished the ride. Will keep these handy from now on.”

“On hearing this product mentioned in the commenary on a bike Race on SBS I thought, if it works it would be really handy for me. Although a bit sceptical I purchased a few shot packets and last weekend had a chance to try them out during a bike fondo. “Crampfix has been a game changer for me. During IM training,cramping on long rides was/is a given. But now i've found crampfix (12 mths ago) i can ride significantly harder knowing that when my right adductors start to cramp, a squirt of CF will stop/block the cramp for another 60mins. Doesnt taste great but it is super effective :-)”
