“The delivery! or not! Three days we've waited in for DPD. What a shower! Don't ring the bell, don't leave in a safe place as requested, can't talk to anyone.
We are still waiting and now the items are urgent!!
Please do not use these couriers again!!!
We have deliveries from lots of couriers and DPD are the worst, never on time and they employ idiot drivers who can't think!
UPS or DHL, or Yodel, or Hermes. All great and punctual.”
Good Morning, very sorry to hear you are experiencing problems with the delivery of your order. Whilst we appreciate your comments on using alternative couriers we get very few problems with DPD and overall their service is excellent. However, problems such as your experiencing can happen from time to time regardless which courier is used. Your order did leave us on Thursday, the same day you placed it, but unfortunately there was delays with the courier which meant it didn't arrive in Inverness until Friday afternoon. This was too late for the courier to get out for delivery so it will be with you Monday.
However, if you no longer require the product please refuse the delivery and once it arrives back with us we will be more than happy to refund your order in full.
Once again sorry you are unhappy but we would hope you understand any delay with the courier is beyond our control.
You placed your order at 20:10 on Thursday 11th February, our cutoff time is 17:00, and your order was dispatched on Friday 12th February for next working day delivery and was delivered on Monday 15th February at 11:30.
Our review software automatically sends out invites to leave a review 3 days after an order is placed which is why you received it on Sunday. We are very sorry for any upset this may have caused but you could have simply waited for your order to arrive on Monday as per the dispatch confirmation e-mail before leaving your review on our website and service.
We will discuss with the developers if there is anyway we can exclude invites from being sent during the weekends and bank holidays to avoid issues such as this happening again in the future.
