“I was a bit disappointed with delivery time. I ordered on a Thursday night, obviously I knew the order would not get processed until Friday morning so I was expecting my next day delivery to arrive on Saturday but due to the bank holiday Monday I ended up receiving it on Tuesday. I ordered with Crazy Toners because they said next day delivery and no where on the website did it say that it was only Monday to Friday so I was expecting delivery on Saturday All the other companies I looked at made it clear that delivery would be Tuesday.”

As you said in your review your order was placed on Thursday evening and was therefore not processed and shipped until Friday. As per our delivery page we deliver next working day and because of the bank holiday your order didn't get delivered until Tuesday.
