“Very unreliable and simply a pure scam. I wish I had seen reviews before committing my hard earned money. I was used and blocked out from withdrawals after depositing a very huge amount of money over half a million dollars and when I complained they demanded more money before I could unfreeze my account and withdraw, I realized they're fake investment fellows. I had heard of Ai xaLTD.COM from my co-worker who had similar issues cause we were both victims at the same time, so i took it to them and they followed up on my behalf. I couldn't believe it when I got notification of my $115k refunded successfully after several intense investigations by Ai xaLTD.COM , they're my helpers and I won't be selfish with their info. “I cannot access the creation credit card website let alone my account.
As soon as I try to open the creation page I get a message saying creation have closed the page, the site cannot be reached, creation closed the connection, the connection was reset and so on and so on.
The creation app keeps saying it doesnt recognise my details when I know they are correct.
I spoke to customer services who suggested I deleted cookies this didn't work.
I then sent a email l to the app support queries. they suggested I delete my online account and register again. None of this is helpful when you can't even get onto the web page let alone go to your account manager section to delete your account!! so annoying. No idea where to go to next with this!”
“the website doesn't work. Everytime I try to make payments it says error before I can even input my card details. You also cannot amend your direct debit amount until first payment is made which just so happens to fall outside of the interest free period. It is a company that wants people to get into debt spread out balances to charge a phenomenal interest rate!”
