“2 Stars I ordered a custom light pendant with a specified cable length, but the cable was not cut to the correct size. I was told a replacement would be sent; however, it never arrived. As a result, my project has been delayed because my electrician is waiting for the correct fixture to complete the installation. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this custom product.”
