Had to leave 1 star no other option. They took money 60.00 in total from my single parent daughter's account. Absolute disgrace No refund given. It's all a con. Hope they can sleep at night in their luxury houses they bought with struggling peoples money. Karma wished their way.

As with all others I didn't realise I had signed up to this. I received an email that said I could possibly get a refund. I emailed and asked for my money, received an email saying I wasn't entitled. I screenshot the section from FCA and now the refund has been approved. If you didn't get a loan from their 'broker' service all your subscription is refundable. I can post the FCA stuff if anyone hasn't got it.

Went on a loan site to sort out a temporary financial glitch. Had NO idea I’d signed up for this. Cancelled once saw monies going out of account. Rang for a refund... awful people. Kept saying that all information on screen and therefore I’d consented and no refund. Disgusting. DO NOT USE

Didn't know who they were or how I'd accidentally signed up to their service. After using their contact form twice and calling them, I ended up on the phone with a rude adviser who had no empathy whatsoever, not even an apology (they know they're sneaky, you can tell by their other reviews). He just recited the terms and conditions. In my frustration I left a review on Trustpilot. Straight away it was temporarily removed for 'Defamatory comments' of which there were none, as well as the fact they report almost all of their negative reviews. I have since contacted them and heard no response. A shocking way of doing business.

For a start there information is incorrect, they said my credit score was 470 but its only 360 according to experian (who don't charge £19.99 a month!) Also they never sent me a single email or text with any loan offers at all, I ended up going on line and finding my own credit. Total waste of time and money. I have tried to cancel this but they ignore my emails and never answer the phone, I've taken this up with my bank now

Avoid at all costs. They won't help you . They do pretend to help is sending you impossible lenders that will ask you to provide impossible. But after the trial £19.99 will come out of your account and you end up in more stress situation. And by the way , is you call customer service, everyone has the same name , JOHN. Horrible!

Horrible company. Tricked me to sing up after looking for loans. I did not take any loan at the end but got a nice charge of £19.99. Capitalism at its finest exploiting those who already don't have much money.

Tried taking money from my partners account but fortunately I read the terms and conditions if you haven’t used the services within 6 months then you are entitled to a refund! They don’t send emails out to tell you that you’ve signed up to the account! Please check
