"Paid \u00a35.95 for next day delivery ordered at 7am as needed a last min gift\r\n\r\nItems from Barbour and Boots both arrived next day at no extra cost.(ordered same time).\r\n\r\nCustomer service totally ignored all my points and gave incorrect information. Tracking still says it\u2019s in Birmingham. This is not express delivery.\r\n\r\nNow I have read how long it takes for refunds and cancelled \/ out of stock orders, I am thinking there are cash flow issues afoot and dread dealing with \u201cCustomer services\u201d again.\r\n\r\nPlease just read the reviews and shop somewhere else."
