I tried 3 times to follow Crew return procedure as per instructions on web page and on paperwork - I cannot use pre-paid post office label as there is not a post office in the area, without a car ride. I emailed Crew requesting help, nil response after 4days, so I emailed again, and attempted another try via return procedure, I was then instructed, "contact us". I telephoned customer services, (the call was answered very quickly), but I was told that the DPD return label was not accessible from the Crew link, although the procedures direct you there. I was told to arrange return via DPD direct. The time taken to complete this I think is unnecessary, unacceptable and not good customer service. I suggest the web page needs to be re-assessed to avoid confusion. Although I like the products, I would probably hesitate before ordering in the future.

Don't buy from this site. What I ordered & what was serviced is totally different. Tried to reach their customer care no & dropped email to their support team...no use !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Following them for a refund & no response till date

To be honest I would prefer to give Crewe no stars but there is not an option. I wished I read some reviews on here before I placed an order online. My first order arrived and the item was not suitable. Like the reviews I've read on here I can mirror that. I followed their return procedure online and the order number would not work on their website. It would not even recognise their own order number. I tried about 3 times to no avail. I went into the post office and the post office said I need to register online as a return. I sent Crew an email and a message came back that they were busy and will contact me in 7 days. No contact...so It was another email and nothing again. I contacted them and told them I would like to return the item and if I can have the returns address. The adviser said she will go and check the return address but never came back, I was left holding on. I contacted one of their branches and asked If I could return it but the shop worker hung up. I called again and was told that he wasn't sure I could return it to his store because I ordered it online. That is not what it said on the delivery slip. The only thing is I'm rural with a mobile post office van that comes once or twice a week. I googled the head office and sent it there with a letter about how I was treated and asked for a refund. Never again...lots of emails and rubbish customer service who do not care. I had to pay over £5.00 myself to send it back signed just to make sure they acknowledge it. Please be aware before you order online. I would suggest going into one of their stores to make a purchase rather than online. But either way I won't bother. After my refund I will unsubscribe from their website.

Made an order, no confirmation email, but plenty of marketing emails since. No idea if order will arrive, but showing on credit card. Rang customer service , got to front of queue twice and got cut off both times. Will see if anything happens over the coming days before I go to my credit card provider. They must have IT and customer service issues. The clothes are generally good, but my advice is buy in store rather than online. Or if you want to shop online, do somewhere where they have proper IT and customer service.

Big fraud people . Be careful before ordering .they have sent the wrong products to me and u have been messaging and sending them mails which they are not replying and not sending the refund also

The dress I ordered wasnt at all the same colour as the photo in the catalogue so returned without opening it.still awaiting a refund and been told up to 10 days.why??

WARNING!! I live in the USA and Crew say they ship internationally, however it’s been months and my order never showed up despite FedEx saying it’s been delivered. My recommendation is if you don’t live in the UK be warned if you order internationally that you won’t receive your order. I’ve contacted my bank about getting my money back but it’s a frustrating process to have to go through.

I recently ordered 2 jumpers from Crew and have been shopping there for over 10 years. One jumper arrived and the other didn’t. I called and they confirmed these were to be sent separately and to wait for the delivery. 2 weeks passed and still no jumper so I called and was told there was a delivery issue. If I hadn’t called I would never have heard back. They said they could re-order the jumper and have it sent next day delivery, I asked if they definitely had the size etc and they confirmed they did. I waited in the next day and the jumper didn’t arrive, then I received an e-mail telling me the jumper is no longer in stock. I replied to customer service that I wasn’t happy and haven’t received a reply which was nearly 2 weeks ago. Really poor service and I won’t be shopping at Crew again.

I put in a substantial order for items… I put in a substantial order for items in stock as i was going on a special Xmas holiday. Couple items delivered within a week, bulk of order was over 10 days and after my departure for holiday. I called but couldn't get through, sent emails and didn't hear anything for 2 weeks. In the meantime had numerous promotions, order now for Xmas etc which was obviously untrue as my order didn't arrive in time. Eventually had a reply from customer services stating that they assumed the issue was now dealt with? So you pay up front, don't receive the goods in anything like their time frame, try to contact, can't get through, three weeks later get a reply that means nothing? Premium cost clothes, sloppy uncaring service. Real shame.

Appalling (non-existent) customer service. Clothes ordered didn't arrive. Queue for over an hour on the telephone to talk to customer services. Cut off twice with no explanation when the line was finally answered. I have heard from other people since that the quality of the clothes is hit and miss too. Guess I'll never know though.
