"Very disappointed with my first (and likely last) order from Crocus. I spent over \u00a390 and received plants well below the quality I expected - especially when compared to healthier, similarly priced stock at local garden centres. The two Spiraea japonica 'Goldflame' were tall, leggy, and in poor condition. The Geranium 'Rozanne' (at \u00a310 each) arrived as tiny shoots in 9cm pots, and the Iberis sempervirens showed no signs of growth at all. I was genuinely surprised that such sub-standard plants were sent out. Returning the order was too expensive, so I\u2019m stuck with sub-par plants and feeling completely ripped off. Very disappointing experience from a company I expected better from."

"Used to be good company. Must be near administration as no customer service, no response to recent emails and phones down due to a technicality!\r\nMy order consistently of dying or stressed plants. Unlikely to survive. Return requested on day if delivery. Courier didn't turn up and plants boxed in new containers as original ones mangled in transit, still await collection. \r\n\r\nVery fishy set up. Avoid them."

"I ordered pots of lovage, mint and parsley. All arrived late. The lovage was just about acceptable. The mint was mostly bare twigs with few sad, browning leaves. The parsley was a yellowing spring less than half the size of the well-established pots shown online. Neither looks likely to survive, and even if they do it'll be a miracle if either produces usable leaves this year. I should have tried to return them but I guess my instinct was that I had to try to save them, plus returning live plants is such a hassle. Will obviously never use Crocus again, just wish I'd looked for reviews before purchasing, but their website is so convincing."
