“I am excited about Micro one. I like doing projects with them although there are many problems with communication. The client stopped the project and I was off boarded. I understand the off boarded part the project is paused but I should have heard it from Micro 1 itself. I am applying for other positions so I am interested if you would like to help me get another project. The communications was not directed to the right people I wasnt able to access several platforms and I was locked out of email. It took me two weeks to get on a platform for the project and I had to work alot off of the clock so I could stay in the know. I am a project manager and I would love to Help Micro one with organizing their projects they lack in that area and it will eventually cause their projects to fail. I welcome a chance to help them. One area that could be improved is the communication and follow-up process. I received multiple emails from different team members regarding the same request, which sometimes made the communication feel repetitive and unclear.
It would be better to initiate the communication through a single generic/official email address and continue all follow-ups within the same email thread. This would provide a more streamlined experience and avoid duplicate communication from different team members.
Overall, a good experience, with an opportunity to make the communication process more streamlined and centralized.
