One area that could be improved is the communication and follow-up process. I received multiple emails from different team members regarding the same request, which sometimes made the communication feel repetitive and unclear.
It would be better to initiate the communication through a single generic/official email address and continue all follow-ups within the same email thread. This would provide a more streamlined experience and avoid duplicate communication from different team members.
Overall, a good experience, with an opportunity to make the communication process more streamlined and centralized.
