Hi Sean, I've reached out to you on the 14th of July to resolve this issue. I'm still awaiting your response. The humidor is light for a reason. Cigars require a special type of wood to preserve their freshness and aroma. We found out that the best way to achieve this is to use the special light wood we are using for our humidors. And it works very well for our customers. If you're unhappy with the product, we are happy to accept your return and refund it. Thanks Sean,
