“It is faulty, the Winder will rotate then stop shortly without going through the set rotation per day siiigned. with red power switch off and turn the rotate switch, it will still rotate. This item is faulty.”

“Hi cuffed, I want to advise that I received notification that my order was delivered yesterday (friday 24th Nov), however there is no delivery at my home. A family member was at home during the day, but did not receive the delivery. I find this very confusing as I receive many deliveries every week for my business and none of them have even been missing. How can I follow up on my order please??. “Absolutely useless I paid $20 extra for fast shipping & took longer than free shipping & I needed it for a special event so basically total waste of a purchase price & extra shipping cost and subsequently I couldn't use it ???!!!”

Hey Lisa, As discussed via emails, I'm sorry you don't have your parcel even though AusPost says it was delivered. I've looked into this and emailed you a photo of the spot in your apartment as to where the parcel was left at. Have you had the chance to ask around and see if someone might have picked up your parcel? Is parcel theft something you've experienced when AusPost delivered some parcels to you in the past?
