“I ordered these for my wedding and for my groomsmen and Best Man and was told they were confident it would make it in time for my wedding and they did not. Even with paying the most expensive and quickest delivery. Haven’t even looked at them. I’m sure the quality and the look of them is great but doesn’t really matter now. I Don’t want to give a 1 star review as I haven’t even seen them. But the delivery alone doesn’t deserve anything above a 3.”

“I have unfortunately only received half of my order. I have rung to enquire and the remainder of the order is being express posted, I'm still waiting, have had a message from Aust Post and expecting it tomorrow hopefully. So a little disappointing that there's been a mix up.”

“Delivery was fine. I thought the product differed somewhat from the photo and description which read "cherry wood" The wooden finish was more ebony with visible cherry stripes Was expecting it to be more walnut stained as indicated the picture.”

“I really like the spirit level tie clip, as a science and maths teacher it helps me augment my nerdiness. This particular clip, though, is prone to falling off. It would be better with a spring clip, like the cockerel clip I also bought.”

“Hi there…I loved the look of the working clock and it’s concept however I really wasn’t looking at the dimensions when I placed the order. They are quite large for cufflinks. Would be great if they were a quarter smaller.”

“The online ordering and delivery service was very good. However they are described as light purple and as much as I tried to look in different shades they look to be a nice set of silver cuff links. I would have liked to have seen some purple in them. but as I said they look quite nice.”

Hi Johnny, Thanks for the feedback. I'm sorry you don't have your winder though someone signed it on your behalf. Please allow me to consolidate all your messages and respond here instead. -We were unable to answer your messages straight away as we work on weekdays. Hopefully, we can include weekend coverage in the future. -Last night I've asked for the proof of delivery from UPS to be emailed to you. “Great product however it came with far too much plastic packaging in my opinion - would have been fine in just a cardboard box without the bubble wrap and polystyrene. It’s a personal preference but I hate to throw out that much plastic! Product itself is great and exactly how it is presented.”
