“I'm surprised to see this email requesting a review. I already yesterday sent an email to your company detailing that the status had been changed to "delivered - left in a safe place" and yet nothing has been received. I've checked everyone in the front yard only 10min after the status changed, I've checked the letterbox and neighboring properties but it's nowhere to be seen. I received a reply email from cuffed apoligising and explaining that they had asked for "proof of delivery" from the courier. I too have separately asked from proof of delivery from the courier. But in both cases, haven't heard anymore since. How was the product? I don't know, never got it. How was the service, good I guess in the way that I got an instant reply email, but then bad in the sense that I haven't heard anything since until being asked for a review.”

“I have concerns about the quality of the Beaded Jasper & Leather Weave Double Bracelet, a gift from my daughters which lasted less than a month. Curious to see the durability of the other bead bracelets they bought.”

“Ordered a set of father of the bride cufflinks noting the 2-5 day delivery. Day 5 came and went and when I went back into my tracking noted the delivery company 'sendle' move the delivery date up to 5 more days. The order had not arrived before we left for the wedding so didn't recieve the product. Very disappointed”

“Very fast delivery. Humidifier in the humidor is very por. It just falls off. Very disappointing. Evry time you close the lid the guage pushes out from the pressure, and need to be pushed back.”

“Hi, the box I received the light keeps switching off, if I shimmey the adaptor cable it will come back on. Other than that the box is good quality and looks like what is was in the picture”

Hi Sean, I've reached out to you on the 14th of July to resolve this issue. I'm still awaiting your response. The humidor is light for a reason. Cigars require a special type of wood to preserve their freshness and aroma. We found out that the best way to achieve this is to use the special light wood we are using for our humidors. And it works very well for our customers. If you're unhappy with the product, we are happy to accept your return and refund it. Thanks Sean,
