“My Vancouver watch winder failed after a year of usage. Both winders would not turn and the control panel flickered if I pressed a button. I contacted Cuffed and they requested I send it back to them for service. Cuffed serviced the watch winder and sent it back to me within a couple of days. It is now working ok and I am happy with the service.”
