“My cufflinks were delivered but whoever received them forgot. Hence I thought they had been lost or stolen. Ben, of Cuffed, contacted me almost every day to check. He traced them as having been delivered and sent the delivery note, then followed up until they were located. That is 5* service for a small gift and I thank them for being so concerned. I hoped they would arrive on time for the 50th birthday and they did. I will continue to use them as a reliable and concerned company. Thank you”

G'day Kathleen, I'm very sorry you haven't received your parcel even though the tracking says this was delivered on 26/11. As this was a cross border delivery, our account manager over in Australia Post has advised there won't be proof of delivery for me to show you. We've lodged an enquiry to NZ Post yesterday and awaiting to hear back. Have you tried calling NZ Post to see where your parcel was delivered?
