“I bought the Lindeman Mahogany Watch Winder Box for 2 Watches (Single Rotor). When I received my item, I found a faulty leg causing the box to wobble. Kim, the Customer Experience Manager, was quick to respond and rectify the issue by immediately sending a replacement box within 24 hours. The new one looks great with no faults. 10/10 customer service experience.”
