“I'm so happy with both pairs of cufflinks I ordered - they're fabulous! The wedding cufflinks with names and date are beautiful & will be a great keepsake. Delivery was a little slower than stated, but I think that's just the postal service while we're in a pandemic. Deliveries are not every day anymore. I'd happily recommend Cuffed and will shop with them again.”

“Its been a week since it was sent and still waiting to receive the delivery. That's a very poor service. As soon as Cuffed found it was happening they sent out another delivery witch I received the item next day. I will diffidently buy more from Cuffed and recommend them Highly.”

Hi Michael, I noticed your 1-star rating feedback. I'm sorry your parcel hasn't reached you yet. The review request email was scheduled in advance based on how long delivery usually takes to Croydon. As you may know, we posted your order on 16/8. Standard postage takes 3-6 working days within NSW. However, the recent surge in COVID cases has impacted AusPost ability to deliver packages. The expected delivery date is Friday this week at the latest. Did you need them for a specific date? We always appreciate being given a chance to fix something especially if it's outside of our control. Cheers, Mark

Hi Michael, Thanks for your response. Such a bummer they didn't reach you as expected. AusPost has been pretty reliable, not sure what happened with this one. We are also exploring our options. I'll organise an expedited delivery on 2 x Digital Hygrometer in Gold today. You'll have them tomorrow or Thursday. When the old parcel arrives, can you please let me know so I can send through a return label? Will this work for you?
