“I have ordered a watch case for a family member and through out the entire propcess, customer service was top level and is very detailed explain and answered. The gift has not been unwrapped as he birthday is for March'24. So far it is great to deal with cuff.com.au.”

“Has cause to contact cuffed to have a watch holder replaced after a small plastic arm on the part broke. Response was immediate, with a new part mailed same day and received 2 days later. Excellent after sales service.”
