“Your product was completely inacceptable because it depicts the obsolete Swans logo. Your original advertising showed the current(new). I was left with the distinct feeling that I had been cheated. However I will keep the pin because I collect South Melbourne/ Swans memorabilia”

Good afternoon Peter, I'm very sorry about your experience. I'm unsure if you remember our lengthy discussion regarding the Sydney Swans. We would love to make this right. Since our last conversation, these were the things we've done : - updated our website to reflect the correct photo - checked our other stocks to ensure they match what we show on our website As discussed, we can: - collect the incorrect product from you and we will pay for the postage so we can do a full refund (I understand you are keen on keeping it instead and I respect your decision) - we will order the newest version of the logo pin so we can exchange it If ever you will change your mind, please let me know. “Unbelievably good service. Ordered on Sunday, Delivered on Wednesday, Sydney to Perth. Amazing! I liked the packaging of the automatic watch winder I ordered. The watch winder comes inside a soft bag, in a box perfect for the winder's size, surrounded by foam packing bracing to the top and bottom, and eclosed in a second larger box. Very good packaging.”
