“Quick and reliable. The product was exactly as depicted on the website. I had 2 gift wrapped and 2 not but all were presented well. Very quick to receive orders, a lot quicker than I was expecting in the current world. Would not hesitate in recommending.”

“Your product was completely inacceptable because it depicts the obsolete Swans logo. Your original advertising showed the current(new). I was left with the distinct feeling that I had been cheated. However I will keep the pin because I collect South Melbourne/ Swans memorabilia”

Since our last conversation, these were the things we've done : - updated our website to reflect the correct photo - checked our other stocks to ensure they match what we show on our website As discussed, we can: - collect the incorrect product from you and we will pay for the postage so we can do a full refund (I understand you are keen on keeping it instead and I respect your decision) - we will order the newest version of the logo pin so we can exchange it If ever you will change your mind, please let me know.
