“order is taking forever, communication is poor to say the least. really disappointed as I am trying to support an independent business but still waiting for a Christmas present ordered on the 14th December 1 month later. I could not buy from this company again”

“Customer service is terrible and my item is nowhere to be seen… ordered over a month ago and have chased several times. Nobody communicates back to you or responds to emails… so disappointing!”
