“The worst customer service ever. I’ve spent ages trying to get an email back with no response. The only time she replied is when I started to comment on her Instagram pictures saying how poor her customer service is. It’s been 14 weeks since i placed my order and nothing”
“I bought a gold plated locket necklace in 2020 and it was about two months late delivered, emailed several times never had anything back. When it did magically arrive one day I was actually really disappointed, I’d spent £90 odd on this necklace and it just seemed really thin, cheap and flimsy, it looked so much better quality online. I didn’t want to return because I didn’t even want to bother with the faff that would have been considering no one even answers emails.
The chain snapped after about three months and after four years the gold plating is almost all gone even with proper care. Really disappointing, I feel like it’s a bit of an instagram/influencer scam”
