“Yes, I did wait a long time for my beautiful items and yes I didn’t receive any communication back when I emailed twice, HOWEVER, when my package arrived I was absolutely DELIGHTED with the contents. So beautiful!! So much so I had to leave a 5 star review! If there had been an option for 4.5 I would’ve done that! Minus 0.5 for communication.”
“I'm surprised to see a couple of reviews saying that their service wasn't good as I had a great experience. Kelly was friendly, professional, communicative and extremely helpful - going the extra mile to expedite my order in time for my partner's birthday. It states their lead time on their website, 2-3 weeks which is totally reasonable given that they are bespoke and of excellent quality. I actually failed to read the lead time myself, but they helped me out of a jam by pushing the order through. Either way the earrings would have been worth waiting for - they're beautiful.”

“So helpful - communication was excellent and a timely delivery as well. I had made an error while ordering which I never noticed until after my order was placed. I sent a query via live chat in the hope this could be changed. The seller answered my query instantly (which I didn't expect as it was quite late at night). Thankfully she changed the order and it was dispatched the next day.
