“Car unfortunately broken down when collecting the bride. The driver was amazing throughout this however despite sending emails to the office afterwards we haven't received anything back and we feel like we've been ignored.”

“Not booked due to poor customer service over the phone and being told I could not visit to see cars as they are not taking visitors. This isn't true as I know they have taken visitors. I was then told in a patronising way to go to the webpage and book without visiting.”

“They have a car park but don’t allow their employees to park there? They park on School Road and it makes the road, if you’re pulling out, downright dangerous. You can’t see the cars that are coming and you just have to guess what’s coming up the road”
