How is it that you failed to deliver a grundig fridge freezer today because it was out of stock - despite taking my money. And yet when I look on your site that same fridge freezer is still being advertised for sale!! Waiting for more mugs to come along????

I bought a Grundig F/freezer and within 1 hour of being on being started /use the back of the fridge was frozen with ice. This was exactly similar to the problems I had been experiencing with the Beko they collected. I immediately rang customer services, who read out some terms and conditions, which I was pressured to agree to. I was told it would cost £65.00 for an engineer's visit, and £55.00 if no-one was in.I sought advice from consumer services, and also contacted the credit card co.In the meantime am unable to get another fridge freezer until I get a full refund, & collection of the Grundig.In the hot weather I have had little choice but to leave perishables in it. The fridge/ freezer like the Beko is freezing the vegetables /tray, and makes loud noises like a washing machine ,immediately after you shut the fridge freezer. The fridge door then shuts hard, and difficult to open.I just wanted to replace my faulty Beko but did not expect a repeat performance, or the type of customer services, and support for a product which is being sold as 3/5 manufacture rd guarantee.The phone calls I made also cost me all.my credits , and I am still awaiting a response from the site and a full refund .

How come when I have had a really crap printer (they took it back no problem) and when I go to give feedback at "disappointed" it says "Sorry, this survey is now closed. Thank you for your time." Extremely convenient! It just says it all :) I guess they are not interested in what people really think.

had a washing machine installed January and noticed it had been running very wild on spin. Had Hoover out as under warranty and then inform me that when installed (I paid for install) they have not done it and it was to high at back and caused damage to clothing. how do I complaint and seek compensation.
