“ lady told me I'd have a replacement in 5 days rang back after 7 just to be told belt out of stock 😤😤😤😤then demanded speak to their boss I was told I'd get a voucher which I did but no way was doing it in line went straight to Northwich store where a lovely lady called Denise sorted everything out for me an my washer was delivered next day by ace delivery team . ”
