“I’m a customer at your Starbucks in Wildwood Shopping center Bethesda Branch for 25 years now.
I buy coffee every day and often a drink or a muffin . Yesterday I asked for extra creamer and was refused with an attitude. I was told “no “ by 2 employee's because “it’s store policy.” Only 4 ounces of creamer allowed ! I like my coffee with a little extra creamer . A cup of coffee by itself is three dollars and thirty cents before any additional items . Is this a joke ! How can Starbucks justify such a stupid policy . And how many people like extra creamer to make this such a huge deal, like this store made of my simple request . Shame on the management for being so short sighted when the price of coffee is through the roof with inflation. Starbucks should be delighted its customers are still buying coffee from them . This type of attitude from a store is totally wrong and worthy of a total boycott. It’s egregious and shows a total disrespect for its customers. I am totally shocked at the lousy attitude of your employees at this store . Shame on them . Its customers like us that have been long term that keeps you stores in business!!!!!”
“I am sure the dragonfruit frozen lemonade is a good drink, but have you tried to drink it without a straw? Its not possible.
Then it separates as it melts and its not tasty.
I recommend it is served with a straw”
“I am always having problems with your app on my Android phone and having problems adding it on my tablet as well it keeps saying problems with google play is there any way you can fix these problems it's really a problem..if taken the app off and reloaded a lot of times...I love your coffee hate the app when it doesn't work”
