“Having seen how CWB operates from a buyers point of view, this is the agent you want selling your house! Tim spent more time with me on the first viewing than any other agent I dealt with, he was friendly, approachable, very knowledgeable and always kept me up-to-date throughout the whole process and nothing was ever to much of a problem or rushed. Any prospective buyer/seller will certainly be well looked after and get the best advice! If/when I come to sell again, CWB will definitely be the first estate agent I call to deal with my sale and purchase.”

“Recently purchased a propety through CWB. They continually "encouraged" both conveyency teams to up their game. They agreed to propety visits to confirm dimensions for curtains, furniture, etc. A fiendly, professional service. They took the time to inform about local services and infrastructure. They displayed that it's not just the financials, it's a home. A breath of fresh air to their industry.”
